Oh my God, if I could have made this when I was 5 years old I would have worn it til it rotted.  In an epiphany, trying to spend enough money to use a card in my local yarn shop I saw these colours and knew they would be perfect.  My poor darling wonderful eldest son has modelled it under great duress, I will try and find a willing girl to wear it instead...  Pattern now available in my book "Crochet Dress-Up".
